本试验旨在研究056日龄羔羊胃肠道组织形态随日龄的发育变化规律。试验选用24只陕北白绒山羊羔羊,按照完全随机试验设计分为8组,每组3只。分别在出生后0、3、7、14、21、28、42、56日龄屠宰、取样,制作常规石蜡切片,HE染色,测定各组织相关指标及胃室发酵指标。结果表明:在056日龄的发育过程中,陕北白绒山羊瘤胃内容物的pH维持在5.356.28,皱胃液pH在3.294.39;瘤胃背囊乳头高度从28日龄开始,增速加快;网胃各指标呈现增大趋势;十二指肠绒毛高度在0、3、7、14、28、56各日龄间差异显著(P<0.05),回肠隐窝深度在0、3、14、42、56各日龄之间差异显著(P<0.05),空肠绒毛高度在0、14、56各日龄之间差异显著(P<0.05);结肠的黏膜厚度和肌层厚在056日龄过程中发育显著。综上可知,28日龄是陕北白绒山羊胃肠道组织形态发育的临界点。在28日龄后,山羊各项指标发育迅猛加速,几乎接近56日龄水平,故预测陕北白绒山羊利用代乳料可实现28 d断奶。
Abstract:This experiment was to study the morphology development characteristics of gastrointestinal tissues in lambs at different day ages after birth. 24 Shanbei White Cashmere Goats were divided into 8 groups according to the completely random experiment designs(n=8). Gastrointestinal contents and tissues were sampled after the lambs were slaughtered at ages of the birth day 0, 3, 7, 14, 21, 28, 42 and 56. Paraffin section by conventional method and HE staining was then prepared to determine development characteristics and related parameters of various tissue biopsies stomach chamber fermentation index. The results show that from day 0 to day 56, rumen pH fluctuated at a range of 5.35 ~ 6.28, and abomasum pH value ranged 3.29 ~ 4.39. The papilla height of the dorsal sac rumen gradually increased with the lamb growth, The indicators of reticulum morphological presented a trend of gradual increase with the lamb growth. The duodenum villus height differed in 0, 3, 7, 14, 28 and 56 days(P < 0.05); Ileal crypt depth also presented a significant difference in 0, 3, 14, 42 and 56 days(P < 0.05);Jejunum villus height differed only in 0, 14 and 56 days(P < 0.05). In conclusion, the 28-day-old was a critical point of gastrointestinal tissue morphological development and its development extent was close to that of 28-56 days, implicating that Shaanbei White Cashmere Goat could be weaned with a supply of milk replacer at the age of 28 day-old weaning by using.
